A carving board made of plastic is lightweight, durable and very easy to clean. It is ideal for carving and cutting cooked meats. You could also use it as a vegetable board to cut your herbs and vegetables safely and easily. Plastic cutting boards are not only safe in dishwashers but also safe on your blades and completely non-porous.

 

On the other hand, glass and marble cutting boards are highly durable and designed for a long-term, repeated use. But due to the hardness of these materials, glass and marble cutting boards are not highly recommended for consumers.

Grippy feet will keep your board stationary and will do an excellent job in collecting spills and liquids.
